2. The manufacturer of aerator accessories should install the protective cover correctly to prevent the circuit from being wetted by water. At the same time, pay attention to protect the junction box to avoid leakage or short circuit accident caused by splashing water.
3. When the aerator is launched, the unit should be launched in a horizontal or near-horizontal state to prevent the lubricating oil in the reduction box from overflowing from the vent hole. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden for the motor to come into contact with water, so as not to burn the motor due to water immersion.
4. The installation depth of the aerator should make the "waterline" mark on the impeller flush with the water surface. If there is no mark, the upper end surface should be flush with the water surface, so as to avoid excessive water seepage and burn out the motor.
5. When starting, pay attention to observe the transportation of the aerator. If there is reverse rotation, abnormal noise, unstable vibration, etc., the machine should be stopped immediately, and the machine can be restarted after troubleshooting.
6. During the operation, people and animals should not be close to the impeller of the aerator, so as not to damage the impeller. When tangles or attachments are found on the impeller, they should be removed in time. It is found that when the buoyancy of the floating body is reduced, it should be checked and repaired to increase the load and burn the motor. Note: When checking and troubleshooting, be sure to stop and cut off the power.
7. It is necessary to flexibly control the start according to the weather changes, the dynamics of the fish and the load of the aerator. The principle is: open at noon on sunny days, open in the morning on cloudy days, open in the middle of the night when it is cloudy and rainy, close at night, open early in the floating head, open every day in the main growing season of fish, and have a long start time in the middle of the night and noon. In the main growing season of fish, pay attention to high temperature and strong light during the day, thunderstorms at night, or high temperature during the day when the south wind blows, and at night when the north wind suddenly blows, or when the water quality is too fat due to a large amount of feeding, you should pay attention to start the machine as soon as possible. Prevent the fish head from floating and cause a "floating pond".
