1. At noon in high temperature and sunny days in summer and autumn, especially in fish ponds rich in water quality and phytoplankton, the impeller aerator should be turned on for 2-3 hours. On sunny days with high temperature, the photosynthesis of phytoplankton is particularly strong, which will produce a large amount of oxygen; in fish ponds with better water quality, the light depth can only reach 20-30 cm, resulting in the saturation of dissolved oxygen on the surface of the water body, while the water in the water body is saturated with dissolved oxygen. If the sun is strong during the day, the temperature is high, there is a thunderstorm at night, and a large amount of low-temperature rainwater enters the fish pond, which will cause severe convection of the upper and lower waters, causing the fish to float. Therefore, the aerator should be turned on in time to increase oxygen.
3. When the "oxygen debt" is large, more oxygen generators should be opened. When the water temperature of the pond is high and the water quality does not rain for a long time, a large amount of feed will cause excessive fertilizer, low transparency, more organic matter in the water, large oxygen difference between the upper and lower layers, and large "oxygen debt" in the lower layer. If you do not add new water for a long time, the water quality will be too fertile and damaged, resulting in hypoxia and floating head dead fish. 4. The impeller aerator should be turned on 1-2 hours before and after feeding. On the one hand, it can bring the taste of the feed to all parts of the fish pond to achieve the function of attracting food; on the other hand, it can make the fish form the habit of conditioned reflex.
5. It is not advisable to start the wheeled aerator at night. At this point, the photosynthesis of phytoplankton is about to stop, and oxygen cannot be added to the water. After power-on, the dissolved oxygen in the upper and lower water is evenly distributed. After the dissolved oxygen in the upper layer is reduced, it cannot be replenished, and the dissolved oxygen in the lower layer water is quickly consumed. Therefore, the dissolved oxygen consumption rate of the whole fish pond is accelerated.
6. In summer, fish in fertilizer ponds are often hypoxic due to excessive fish mouth density and oxygen consumption by other organisms, resulting in partial or whole pond fish floating. Therefore, start the aerator at 1-2 o'clock in the middle of the night, and wait until the sun comes out at 7-8 o'clock in the morning, and the phytoplankton will produce oxygen through photosynthesis, and the fish will not float, and then stop the machine.
